Great news folks, we have now secured the runway at Kirkbride for the Lakes Megarun.
The cost for the runway blat will only be £8 so better get booked in as places are limited!

Would all members please note that the Tour of the Lakes Mega-run is now on Sunday 20th April NOT the 27th as originally planned. this is to avoid the clash with the Chatsworth weekend.

This will be an all day adventure that will set all your senses into overdrive.

Sunday Runs
Due to the driving, and eating, capabilities of the Cumbria South lakes members we are keeping the 'winter hours' of meeting at 11.00 to depart at 11.30.
This allows us to enjoy the best of the day for driving even if we do have a big lunc

This is our invite to all regions to join the South Lakes Region celebrate St. Georges Day and National Drive It Day (when all classic car owners are urged to tale to the roads to show our solidarity to those that would like our cars off the road). What can be better than this all day event of English cars driving on the best of Englands roads, superb scenery, good old English food and hospitality. If you can manage it after your British beef we have secured the runway for timed runs. To join this fest of all that is English just register your interest now & I will keep you up to date. |
